Salon Policies – Please Read Before Booking Thank you for choosing me as your hairstylist! I take great pride in my work and strive to create a welcoming, professional, and enjoyable experience for all my clients. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please take a moment to review my salon policies. Cancellations & Deposits • A deposit is not required when booking. However, after two cancellations, a deposit will be necessary to secure future appointments. • A valid card on file is required to book. This is only to cover any cancellation fees if necessary. No charges will be made unless the policy is not followed. • If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a cancellation fee. Late Arrivals • A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Respect & Communication • Communication is key! Life happens, and I understand. As long as we communicate, I am more than happy to work with you when possible. • Please remember that this is my career and income, and I kindly ask that my time and policies be respected.
